Conservatory in Trentham

This was an interesting job, and the end result is astounding. We had to go back to put a floor screed in, because as you can see, there are 3 good size openings going into the conservatory. With the house floor slightly running out of level from one end to the other, laying a floor screed was the best option to ensure that all the floors meet at the openings. The double glazed units all have internal blinds fitted between the 2 panes of glass. These are controlled by a small thumbwheel in the top corner of each unit. The fitters joked with the customer that they would have to get up at 3 am to open the blinds ready for the day ahead! Slow is not the word. I would have thought that they could be done electrically, but apparently not!
